Separate area with fridge and space for basic cooking and storage. No open fire allowed. Induction plate, and other basic kitchen items provided

Location: Lynfield, Auckland

Close to shops, eateries, supermarket and bus stops

Regular buses to city centre

Move in cost: Three weeks rent as security deposit plus one week rent in advance (four weeks total)

Full-time daytime work (or part time work for full time students) must for prospective boarder

Rent $230 per week. Electricity and water bills are extra based on consumption. Wifi is included in rent but not very stable due shape of house.

Minimum stay four weeks, unless deemed disruptive or non compliant and asked to move out

No food, linen or toiletries provided

No parking available inside the property, but enough street parking available in front of the house.

No Smoking or vaping allowed. No guests between 10pm and 9am. No pets allowed. No parties or loud music.

Written boarder agreement is a requirement. References desirable.

Boarder will be selected based on compatibility with existing residents
