About the room

2 double bedrroms available. Each room has its own deck, and is spacious with lots of storage. The house has lots of space and a modern kitchen. Currently sharing with one other flatmate. $250 for 1 person, or $350 for a couple. A third, much larger room that would suit a couple or someone who needs office space in the room is coming available end of August. $350/ week for single, open to negotiation for a couple. Gas hot water and the house has a newly installed central heating, making it very warm, even in winter. The bedrooms and living area take a lot of sun in the winter, making the rooms very comfortable. Great views out as far as the Hawkdun range and Leaning Rock.

Early riser for work so prefer easy going, non party people. Other person in the house is also early riser for work, so compatible preferred, rather than night owls.
