Boarder wanted for spacious double room fully furnished, with separate bathroom (dedicated to this room only), with shared kitchen facility. No non vegetarian food allowed in the house for religious reasons, no issues if tenant is non vegetarian and eats off premises. Located within 5 minutes walking distance from Ormiston town center, and within 5 to 10 mins from Botany town, and schools (Ormiston, Sancta Maria and Mission heights). Preference is for students or single working-class professional, who are neat, tidy, independent and respect privacy and maintain house cleanliness, are friendly and ready to share common spaces in a family home. Room available from 11 April 2026. Rent negotiable for very suitable and longer-term stay commitment only, minimum 6months.
