Modern, well-maintained townhouse in Westgate, just 2 minutes from shops and motorway access, 5 minutes’ walk to bus stops, and located in a safe, quiet new development.

The home backs onto a reserve, making it peaceful and private, with no future building planned on that side to impact the outlook.

There will only be one flatmate living here alongside me, as I won’t be filling the third bedroom.

The room is fully furnished and includes: • Queen bed Linen and towels (can put this in storage if required) • Large double wardrobe • New carpet • Small balcony • Block-out and privacy curtains • Lovely outlook over the reserve

The house is fully furnished and has a shared bathroom with shower and bath, plus an additional toilet downstairs.

Rent includes: • Power • Water • Unlimited WiFi • Rubbish & recycling

I’ll also keep the household essentials stocked, including toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, and cleaning products.

I take pride in keeping the home clean, tidy, and well looked after, so I’m looking for someone who appreciates a similar standard. It’s a shared home rather than a hotel, so everyone helps out with day-to-day tidying. Alternatively, I’m happy to arrange a cleaner every couple of weeks and split the cost.

Street parking is available. It can get a little busy at times, but there is always parking somewhere nearby. There are also four communal parks directly outside the house which are available when free.

I’m a friendly, outgoing female in my 30s who works full-time, mostly from the office with the occasional day working from home.

I enjoy a healthy, active lifestyle and am usually up around 5am, even on weekends, thanks to my dog walking routine. The home is generally pretty quiet, so it would suit someone with a similar lifestyle and routine.

I’m independent and enjoy my own space, but I’d also love to live with someone I genuinely get along with. I’m after relaxed, respectful, easy-going house vibes where everyone feels comfortable at home.

I enjoy the occasional drink but I’m not into parties or a big social scene at home.

The Important Part: The Dogs 🐶

I have two very friendly dogs who are a big part of the household, so you’ll need to be a dog person! They’re completely my responsibility, but I’d love someone who doesn’t mind the occasional pat, cuddle, or ball throw. The only non-negotiable is being careful with gates and doors.
