Large room, furnished with a queen bed, bedside table and lamp, available for rent in a large 6 bedroom house. The bedroom includes a wardrobe. Your space also includes a big family (main) bathroom and single toilet you’ll get to yourself, unless guests are visiting. Your spaces are your responsibility to clean and the shared spaces are a shared responsibility. Shared spaces include laundry which is downstairs, kitchen, dining, and lounge, which is upstairs (main part of the house, where you’ll be living). All shared spaces are furnished. House maintenance is done by everyone in the house - this will include gardening and lawn maintenance. Parking available on the street. Bus route for bus loop 111 also goes down our street.

We are looking for a working professional who keeps things tidy and clean and is also respectful of everyone’s things and space. We don’t party so someone who isn’t in that era of their life would be a good fit. Obviously with 4 cats in the house, you will need to be okay with our animals (note, we cannot have any more animals in the house) . We would also like someone who is a non-smoker.

Move in date will be July 2026.

We’re 4 (two couples) working professionals. 2 females and 2 males between the age of 27-37. During the times we’re not at work we like to hike, bike, run, workout, horse ride, play boardgames and video games, read, watch movies, hang out, cook, and bake. Between the 4 of us we are a pretty all rounded group. We also host the occasional games night (monthly). We also have 4 cats, 2 who belong to the couple upstairs and 2 that belong to the couple downstairs.

A note, the couple who live downstairs are expecting a baby later this year. We can discuss this more for anyone who is interested.
