About the room

Quiet and safe two story house with great view.

1.The single room on the first floor is available now . This room is tidy and clean with a comfortable single bed and new carpet and painting. There are basic furniture in the room (bed, table, chair, reading lamp and built-in wardrobe). Three tenants including you share 1.5 bathoom The rent is only 190/w, plus 20 dollars for water, basic power, unlimited wifi, not including heater.

The house is in very good location. It’s only 5 minutes driving to AUT, Glenfield Shopping Mall, Northcote Shopping Center and Pak’n Save, Birkenhead Shopping Center, etc.. From backyard shortcut, only 2 minutes walking to bus stop on Glenfield main road. Easy take bus to City, Birkenhead, Albany, Massey Uni.,Takapuna, etc.

You can park in the yard. Very safe. One week bond $210 is required and one week rent pay in advance when you move in.
