Room for Rent – Picton 🏡 • $200/week – includes Wi-Fi & most power (extra split if over $200/month) + about $20 a fortnight for a shared space cleaner • Bond: $200 + 1 week’s rent in advance • Available: 1st of July • Room: double room with single built in wardrobe, furnished with a queen bed, small set of draws, bed side tables, TV and desk

Household: • 2 professional female flatmates (prefer someone our age, around 18-30) • Cigarettes okay outside, vaping inside is fine • No pets sorry (already have a very cute ginger cat 🐱) • Pool table and darts in the garage 🎱 🎯• Couples $250/week
