Spacious house on a massive back section in a great location. Close to Bishopdale Mall, Northlands Mall, Airport. Bus stop at the gate. Wood burner for the winter keeps the house nice and warm, with lots of windows to let in the sunlight all year round. Plenty of garden to relax in, and plenty of weeds to pull if you find that therapeutic! There is comfortably space for 3 cars by the house off the street. Big lounge/dining/kitchen downstairs with the logburner and there’s another massive lounge/gym/yoga space upstairs. 2 current friendly, professional roomies.

The room is downstairs, has an ensuite and an external door right beside a space for your car. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, shower, towel rail etc. The room is currently furnished with a queen bed, bedside table and a wardrobe, but unfurnished is fine too.

This is a great room if you appreciate your privacy and own space as it’s away from the other rooms and living spaces.

Opposite this room is a slightly smaller room with a small separate shower, so these two rooms together would suit friends looking to be close but with their own rooms. (This one would be cheaper.)

There’s another room upstairs available also, but that would be sharing a bathroom.

Internet, reasonable use of power and firewood are all included.

The rooms are available immediately.

I work full time and like to be active outside in my free time. I’m into heaps of sports and I like doing projects around the house and yard. I love my house and try really hard to keep it nice. I’m relaxed and sensible and I’m used to living with others. I’ve spent a bit of time overseas, so would love to have people from other countries and cultures. Like everyone else, I’m looking for respectful, considerate, and communicative housemates who keep things clean and tidy. Absolutely no smokers.
