I am looking for a female flatmate to join me and two other female flatmates in my home.

This cozy house has easy access to bus stops and is only a short distance away from the University of Canterbury. It is within easy walking distance to the nearest supermarket and about a ten minute drive to Riccarton Mall/the City Centre. The surroundings are quiet and peaceful.

This double bedroom is sunny and comfy, comes unfurnished (perfect for those who are coming with their own set of furniture!) The bedroom is a double bedroom with a built in wardrobe. Rent is $195/week

All the essentials like fridge, oven, stove, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher etc. is supplied.

There is one bathroom with two separate toilets.

Power will be split between occupants. Typically $10 to $20 per week during the summer. Household cleaning is split between occupants.

Unlimited Wifi is included in the weekly rent.
