About the room

Property is up a long shared driveway, and is well maintained always. 2 bedroom flat with shared kitchen and bathroom/toilet. Sky and internet are free, and will split monthly power bill between us.

About the room: room is small but cosy. Currently furnished with a king single, has a bar fridge, decent wardrobe, chair, and fully stocked linen drawers.

I would prefer someone who is clean, tidy and house proud like I am, and would be willing to work with me to come up with a shared cleaning schedule.

2 weeks rent in advance for bond.

About the roomies

I’m a 48 year old male. I like to tinker around in my shed/workshop, and enjoy gardening and keeping the place well maintained. Other than that, I am a movie and music hobbyist, but tend to keep to myself.
