I am looking for a flatmate to occupy a fully furnished bedroom with a double bed, a built-in wardrobe, an in-room heat pump, a TV, a desk, a chair, storage, and a bathroom to be shared with one other person. Rent includes electricity, water, and Wi-Fi.

The 3-bedroom house is fully furnished, with the main level having a living, dining, kitchen, extra toilet, heat pump, laundry facilities, and an outdoor space with a lawn, seating, and BBQ grill. Within the area are the following amenities and conveniences:

Easy access to the Southern Motorway (10-minute drive)

Takanini Train Station with Park ‘n Ride (15-minute walk)
