Looking for a flatmate to fill one room in a cozy 2 bed flat. The place is a little on the small side but has a good outdoor area and is in an excellent part of the city. Gets lots of light particularly the afternoon sun.

Ideal flatmate would be someone in a similar stage of life, young working adult, but happy with anyone if we have a good vibe
