This is a 5-bedroom house, centrally located to Manukau City. 10 minutes’ walk to the Manukau Westfield Mall, Manukau Train Station, Manukau Bus Station, Manukau MIT and Manukau AUT south campus also KFC and McDonalds. Local shops and bus route is 5 minutes’ walk from home. The motorway on and off ramps is 5 minutes’ drive from home. We are a working couple who has plenty rooms to share with likeminded and loveable people. Plenty of room in the house and nice outdoors in the summer. There is lovely huge deck to socialize.
