About the room
In Westgate, room with a queen bed. The room opens out onto it’s own private deck. You almost have your own bathroom; share the toilet when I’m there (his visiting mother). I do clean your bathroom when I visit. Share with late 40’s male who has his 2 girls 1 day on the weekend. I visit once or twice a month usually. Pay additional $50 per week for power, gas, wifi and basics e.g. toilet paper, handee towels, cleaning products. Extra person $100 per week + expenses. Smoking or vaping outside only please. Pets considered. We prefer a long term flatmate happy to stay for at least a year.
