2 spare room the end room is the smallest and heats up when its a blue sky day the other room doesnt get that hot and this house has a heat pump and a fireplace and a heat transfer kit that takes air from the lounge and goes to 2 rooms. and there is a BBQ and a pizza oven outside and a little outdoor fireplace.

i live alone i like to be happy. having fun playing PS games and watching movies and playing music. 99% of the time i stay at home the only pets i have are 27 little tropical fish
