Power bill included in rental price, along with a small washing machine in the enclosed outside area by the sink, eco-friendly laundry liquid and dishwashing liquid - which we provide for free. Kitchenette with a new range hood, air fryer, hob, microwave and sandwich toaster. Double bed with bedding, towels and new 16-piece dinner set included, along with cutlery, utensils and other cooking equipment. Wall-mounted table (can fold away) with new, comfy dining chairs. The patio has a breakfast bar, stools and outdoor gas heater, among other features. Shared off-street parking with a quiet, friendly elderly lady. We’re LGBTQ-friendly! Flexible move-in date, longer term roomies preferred. Smoke alarm fitted. This is a smoke-free property, so smoking is not permitted.
