3 people total- homeowner couple/landlords in their 50’s and one single guy in his 20s

Shared shower room + separate toilet

All rooms on first floor; upstairs is off-limits to boarders

*Quiet, private home – best suited for an introvert who enjoys their own space and privacy and likes to come and go/cook when they please.

📋 House Expectations

*Must be working full time or full-time student *Pay board on time (Weekly payments are required) *Clean, tidy & respectful *No drugs or heavy drinking *Smoking/vaping outside only *On-street parking (safe cul-de-sac) *Visitors/overnight guests allowed with prior notice *No Marketplace/Trade Me pickups *Must be okay with cats 🐾 (especially our friendly ginger boy!)
