About the room

2 bedroom flat in a terrace block with good neighbours in a green location close to the Auckland CBD. It is 300m to the KARANGAHAPE ROAD precinct with grocery / food stores, cafes, restaurants and bars. It is 20 minutes walk to the city centre or you can take a bus from outside the driveway.
Your bedroom has a queen size bed with an electric blanket and linen is provided. There is a small desk, a wardrobe, and drawers.
You can cook for yourself in the well equipped kitchen and there are 3 supermarkets (including 1 Asian supermarket) and 3 international food-courts within walking distance. We can also share dinner for a little extra.
There is no off street parking.
About the roomies
We are a middle aged gay male couple, both working professionals. We welcome someone clean, tidy, and mature who can help keep the house clean.
