Only 300m to the KARANGAHAPE ROAD precinct with grocery / food stores, cafes, restaurants and bars. It’s a short 20-minute walk to the city centre, AUT, UoA and language schools, or you can take a bus from right outside the driveway.
Your 3x4m room with afternoon sun and a leafy outlook has a queen size bed with bedding and towels provided. There is a small desk, and a built-in wardrobe with basic drawers.
You can cook for yourself in the well-equipped kitchen and there are 3 supermarkets (including 1 Asian supermarket) and 2 international food-courts within walking distance.
There is no off-street parking and street parking is metered during the day.
Moving in is simple and no bond is required.
