Only 300m to the KARANGAHAPE ROAD precinct with grocery / food stores, cafes, restaurants and bars. It’s a short 20-minute walk to the city centre, AUT, UoA and language schools, or you can take a bus from right outside the driveway.

Your 3x4m room with afternoon sun and a leafy outlook has a queen size bed with bedding and towels provided. There is a small desk, and a built-in wardrobe with basic drawers.

You can cook for yourself in the well-equipped kitchen and there are 3 supermarkets (including 1 Asian supermarket) and 2 international food-courts within walking distance, we will often share dinner as well.

There is no off-street parking and street parking is metered during the day.

Rent is inclusive of utility bills (water, internet, electricity and gas). Moving in is simple and no bond is required.

We are a gay male couple. We are friendly, relaxed and sociable, enjoy cooking good food, bbqs, and welcome someone responsible who can help keep the shared spaces clean.
