About the room

The flat overlooks a large reserve with a view of the ocean and is located in new development. We are a 3 minute drive from the beach, a 4 minute drive to the Motorway, as well as an 8 minute drive to Silverdale Bus Station (bus route coming soon to our area). The room is 3.1 x 3.1m. It comes with a double wardrobe that also includes a Queen bed, two bedside tables and a large mirror. It is situated on the bottom floor. You will be sharing a large bathroom with our flatmate.

About the roomies

We are both a social and antisocial flat, meaning we love our conversations but we also love our own personal space. We are looking for anyone who wants to hangout or chill in their room. We love board games, so board game night is definitely on the table.

We also have 2 indoor cats - Buddy and Tiger who are so sweet but also a little nervy. However once they’ve warmed up to you, you won’t know what personal space is.
