A spacious, furnished double room in a modern, beautiful home is available from 20 Dec 2026! It is perfect for students or professionals looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Solar panels have already been installed, helping to keep electricity costs low. Power is approximately $10 per week in summer and $15 per week in winter. All other utilities are included. Prime location - just a 2-3 minute walk to Lincoln University, a 2 minute walk to New World, and a half-minute walk to the wetlands. Friendly and quiet living environment. 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets add more convenience. The cosy and modern house offers great value for such a fantastic location.
