The house is a very large, private and quiet three-level dwelling located on the Titirangi / Green Bay border well off the street, surrounded by beautiful native forest, close to New Lynn and with easy access to Central and West Auckland. It is also accessible to south Auckland via SH20 and central bus routes a short walk away. A `90s house that has been tested for moisture before purchase and is dry and comfortable and breezy with windows open. The house is north facing, so there is sun across the entire day. There is a full external security system to protect the house, property security and preserve tranquillity.

This listing is for a significantly large room, big enough for a bedroom, private lounge and work/desk area. It’s suitable for a single person who wants plenty of room and privacy, or a couple that wants their own space. It is contained in a separate “wing” of the house, in the middle level, and has privacy and access to 2 bathrooms/showers, one with a bath.The room also has double access french doors to a balcony overlooking native trees.

The Price is $350 for one person, use of existing in room furniture (cabinets, shelves, buffets and chairs) and communal house amenities. As this is all inclusive of all utilities as noted below, however the cost for a couple will be slightly higher and for an off street carpark.

Application Terms and Conditions

2 weeks bond and 1 week rent in advance required. You must be okay with dogs and cats. Bringing a pet with you can be considered. A copy of the Flat/House sharing agreement will be provided if you are invited to view the place after submitting your application and an initial meeting. Further Terms and Conditions of the board will be included.
