On street and shared off street parking in the private laneway available and only a few minutes walk from the main bus stop and two ferries not too far away.
Supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants and takeaway food within walking distance also.
The room available is a large double room, unfurnished. North facing with large double wardrobe and sole use of the main bathroom.
Move in costs are bond $900 + 1 week rent in advance.
Bills (power, water, internet) - approx $40 a week
