We’re looking for someone to help cover the rent for the last part of the lease. We do have another room available now, but it is smaller if you are needing a place sooner. The room can come with a dresser and a queen sized bed if required.

The house is located on a hill, it gets lots of sunlight. Its a two story building with 2 preexisting flatmates (one male/ one female) and our two cats. There is a double garage that we currently use for storage and a long driveway that is wide enough for two cars parked side by side. The room had a great view of the front garden which gets maintained every two to three weeks. And is also the closest to the kitchen, bathroom, and toilet. Cashmere is a nice and quiet neighbourhood with great hiking trails near by and close enough to the city and bus stops.

Two full time working adults. We are not party people but are welcoming and inclusive. The cat is indoors only, and very shy around people.
