We are in central Auckland. Walking distance to downtown, AKL hospital/Domain, Ponsonby, Parnell. Right in the middle. We are a Penthouse suite in an famous historical building so right at the top North facing. We face the Sky Tower, and have a lovely deck with edible plants. Upstairs are the three bedrooms. the room available has a shared bathroom in between them, large wardrobe, tall draws and bedside draws. Really comfy modern bed with draws. We have a couple in there now and will be heading back to Germany in May after a year in NZ. Downstairs is open plan modern living with large modern kitchen/bar/sofa/table chairs and a relaxing nook, also doors to the deck to relax with plenty of plants and herbs to cook with. The entrance has a large cupboard for shoes. There is also an extra toilet downstairs. All rooms are upstairs, living areas downstairs. Very clean and tidy. We do like to keep things tidy. We love to socialise but also have and respect peoples privacy.

We have one professional female flatmate and this room would share a bathroom with her. She is very clean and tidy, she specialises in health and wellbeing. My husband and I live in the end room which has its own bathroom. We, love to relax, entertain, and have space when needed to wind down, we also go away alot and stay with familly. We have travelled alot and had a lot of travellers stay with us.
We like a tidy home, and respect each others privacy. We like to share the cleaning and gardening (on the deck)
