Fancy living a stone’s throw from one of Auckland’s best beaches? We’re talking a two minute stroll to the sand, bus stop right outside, and everything you need – Easy bus & city access, supermarket, pubs, cafes, all within walking distance. Absolute prime spot!

The house: Recently refurbished, super tidy, clean and well looked after. We’re all pretty house proud and like to keep things looking nice.

The room gets the afternoon sun, has a big window, high ceilings and warm carpeted floors. Size is 2.85m x 3.41m. Fits a queen bed, large desk, and comes with an inbuilt wardrobe. The house has 2 shared bathrooms, a big lounge and kitchen that opens to a balcony and garden with a BBQ setup.

Bonus: there’s a second lounge downstairs.

About the roomies

You’ll be living with 1 female and 2 males (between 26 & 27 years old) working full-time in commercial roles. We’re a chill, social flat, keen on the odd BBQ, a few drinks now and then but it’s not a party flat. Everyone does their own thing and respects each other’s space. Ideally looking for someone similar age, working full-time, and keen to slot in well
