Tenant Profile, Ben (24) Hi, I’m Ben. I’ve been living here since late November 2024, and it’s been a really comfortable and peaceful place to call home. I’m a recent university graduate and currently on the job hunt, so my schedule is pretty relaxed most of the time I’m either out during the day or quietly chilling in my room. I’m clean, tidy, and respectful of everyone’s space. I don’t make much noise, and I try to keep common areas neat. Think of me as one of those classic low-key owls, you’ll mostly spot me at night when I come out for a hot drink or a snack! That said, I’m always up for a friendly chat. I like connecting with people in a chill way, but I’m also mindful of boundaries and downtime. The house itself has been great, it’s in a convenient spot, the neighbourhood is quiet, and overall, it’s just been a calm, positive environment. I’m not planning to move out until early 2027, so I’ll be around and happy to help welcome someone new into the space. If the new tenant is looking for a clean, quiet, and friendly housemate with a peaceful routine, I think we’d get along just fine.
