Charming, large sunny downstairs, fully furnished room with Queen Bed. More or less sole use of downstairs Bathroom. House has good transport links with bus to Britomart, Auckland Uni and ferry to City/Hobsonville point 5 min walk away. House in quiet coastal street, with lovely parks, tennis courts and leisure centre short walk away. Sharing with one other. Not a party house. No smoking indoors. Sorry no couples, No Pets. Would suit Student or Professional.
