Looking for a clean, quiet, and respectful Female flatmate (no pets) to join our modern home in Mt Roskill!

We have a comfortable single room available in our modern, built in 2024, 3-bedroom house in a fantastic location in Mt Roskill. The property is conveniently situated close to a bus stop with easy access to the city and surrounding areas.

The Room: *Built-in wardrobe. *Good natural light. *Unfurnished, but a bed can be arranged if required.

About the House: *Shared bathroom & Toilet *Shared laundry facilities.

We are seeking a flatmate who is: *Single occupant. *No pets. *Non-smoker or someone who is happy to smoke outside only. Total move-in cost: Bond: 4 weeks’ rent ($1060) + 2 weeks’ rent in advance ($530) = $1590 . Please send us a message telling us a bit about yourself and arrange a walk-through.
