We are looking for a new boarder/flatmate to join our female-only, rainbow-friendly home in Leamington! We all work and are friendly, respectful, and social. We love a good laugh and a chat, but we also respect each other’s privacy and alone time. The house is great for busy mornings, with separate rooms for the shower, bath, and toilet. There’s even an extra toilet in the garage for emergencies!

You’ll have a room downstairs, which can come with a double bed, bedside table and desk or be unfurnished. The rent is $225 per week, and that includes a weekly cleaner for the common areas, power, internet, gas, water, and rubbish collection. We take turns buying things like toilet paper and dishwashing liquid. We ask for $300 bond and one week’s rent in advance to move in. ($525)

You’ll be sharing the home with a cuddly cat and a friendly and cuddly dog.
