I am looking to rent single room in a three-bedroom house with off-street parking on Five Cross Road. You’ll be sharing the house with the owner, i.e., me, I am a full-time professional who works Mon-Fri and spends weekends doing boring stuff like gardening, laundry, vacuuming, grocery shopping etc.
This is a single room and comes with king single bed, table and chair and a bookcase. It has a built-in wardrobe of a decent size. The rent which includes electricity, fast fiber, natural gas, toiletries is $200. The bond will be 2 weeks rent i.e. $400.
The house has a shared kitchen, shared bathroom + toilet and common living room. It also has a small vege garden at the back of the house. In terms of parking, there’s only off-street parking available. Shops and bus-stop are just a stone’s throw distance. Woolworth, University of Waikato and Wintec are in 2-3kms range
I’m looking preferably for 20 yrs -40yrs, female flatmate, students or working full time and tidy and considerate. I would prefer a vegetarian or a vegan person. Both rooms and the house are all furnished and are available for viewing.
