Sublet available on Upland Road Kelburn from now till the end of August! The flat is very central, close to the botanical gardens, Kelburn shops, and 20-30 min walk from the city.
Couples room with king bed, walk in wardrobe and two sets of drawers. Rent is around $357 per week for a couple. Open to singles but will have to re-adjust rent between the group. About the roomies
There are generally around 6-7 of us living in the house, we are working professionals aged 27-30 and are a friend group as well as flatmates so like to hang out together outside of work.
