Share with two other females ones a full-time student and the other working full-time. Room is a small size, furnished with a Double bed, has built in robe, heat transfer system in place for when heats on in lounge.

Plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the sun with outdoor table and chairs. Someone who is happy to help with chores like taking out recycling, rubbish, vacuuming common areas, friendly, respectful, and considerate.

20min bike ride to Napier City, 5min walk to Maraenui Shops and medical centre, bus stops, basket ball courts and playground.

Two females one in her 30’s studying full-time and the other in her 40’s working full-time, both friendly, clean, tidy and have own hobbies, happy to chat here and there.
