We are looking for a single flatmate to join us in our home. We are looking for someone who is working full-time, clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. Preferably for long term and pays the rent on time. Non smoker and no pets allowed.
Weekly rent is $240 which includes internet, as well as reasonable use of power and water. Payment for 1 week bond and 1 week advance is required prior to move in.
Our house is conveniently located to shopping centre, hospital, and schools.
