About the room

Downstairs self contained newly built 2 bed room available for rent in Raumanga Whangārei under the main house with it’s own door. Its furnished with dauble bed.

Separate power meter must be full time working and non smoker. Or vap, no pets quiet and require good reference and credit and ID check for this house. We don’t do Party as we live upstairs with our young children (it’s a family home). If you interested contact me.
