You can share a kitchen and living room with other 2 people. There is a fridge for flatmates. The house is 5 minutes away from Newlynn train station and bus stops by walking. There is a lot of parking spots nearby the house. The room is $300 per week including all bills and $600 for security deposit. Full time worker or full time student welcome! 2weeks notice before moving out
It’s not a party house. The house is quiet. No pets & No couples. Thank you.
