Seeking 1 flatmate to share a house in Hornby, Christchurch :)
The Room: Decent size, double built-in wardrobe, wall heater, thermal curtains. Can be either un-furnished or fully furnished with all linen for extra $10pw.
The House: Sunny double-glazed sunroom, insulated roof + floor, private backyard, vege/fruit garden, small storage shed, off-street parking. Shared bathroom with both shower + bath tub, separate toilet. House is tidy and clean.
Availability: From Fri 13th November 2026 onwards, short term or long term ok. 3 weeks bond, 1 weeks rent, signed agreement required to move in. 4 weeks notice to vacate.
Ideal flatmate: 1 flatmate only (no couples or children) Must be between 25-45 yrs old (no younger or older please). Reliable, clean, tidy, respectful, trustworthy, friendly, has flatting experience. Must be already living in NZ (no enquries from outside of NZ please). Social a bonus. Vaping outside only. Strictly no smokers or addicts.
Pets: 1 cat ok (no more than 1), must be fully house trained, indoor/outdoor & ok living with other cats. Strictly NO DOGS (no matter the size/breed) as property is NOT fully fenced & cat does NOT get along with them - sorry!
