We have a big furnished private room with a bathroom to be shared with other two adjacent rooms which are in downstairs in our two story house, located in a peaceful, secure and family-friendly residential neighborhood at Glenview.

You can enjoy the shared kitchen, dining area and the lobby too.

One bus to Wintec / Hospital / City Centre

Minutes away from Waikato University

Weekly cost includes power, gas and unlimited internet. 20$ for Winter time room heater.

We’re looking for a responsible and friendly female / male or a couple to join us. (Price is for a single person).

The other two rooms are occupied with two University students studying in Waikato University . They are very quiet and well-organized.
