Rooms get early morning sun until early afternoon meaning it cools down by bedtime. Vertical blinds have recently been installed (not shown in the pictures). Five minute walk to local shopping centre & bus stop at the end of the driveway. Lovely, spacious & modern home. Open, sunny large shared living area. Large & multiple outdoor decking areas. Quiet, safe area to live. Plenty of parking right outside the house. House has good storage areas.

Bills (utilities) average approx $130 each per month.

Ideal flatmate is working, quiet living, independent, mature, and conscientious. This is not a ‘party’ flat.

No pets or smokers.
