The Vibe: I’m looking for someone who loves dogs, a peaceful environment and doesn’t mind a friendly chat with an introvert. Someone who appreciates the art of sharing a house and a has a kind, open mind set to life. Short-term welcome.

The room : Fully furnished, bright 9sqm room available. Queen bed, side tables, built in double wardrobe and dresser included - linen can be arranged additionally.

The House: Built in the 80s, my place is a decent sized, sunny, north-facing 2 bedroom. The middle unit of 3 with a shared driveway, nice neighbours. Kitchen and bathroom are original and in great nick. New carpet, curtains, paint, insulation and double glazing. On street parking, good sized sunny courtyard, fibre broadband included, heat pump in lounge, washing machine, dryer and washing line. Garage storage available for bike etc. No smoking on the property, please. Power bills to be split 50/50 each month.

The Area: 10 min walk to Westfield Mall (grocery store), 10 min walk to the edge of Hagley Park. 40 min walk into the city through the park or 10 min drive.

Just me (38 year old female working full time) and one small dog part time. Pipi is a well behaved 7 year old Griffon x Cavalier who sometimes stays at home during the days and sleeps in the lounge room at night. I work full time in the city and am often away or out and about, but when I’m home I live a pretty quiet existence, and enjoy relaxing on the couch watching movies, keeping up with home maintenance and doing crafts.
