About the room

Quiet neighbourhood, family home with excellent off street parking. Furnished room with Queen Bed, wardrobe and draws. Fully insulated home, double glazed window, newly renovated.
Gas H.W. Heating, Woodburner and heatpump. Shared bathroom, shower and toilets, with another seperate toilet. No pets, as already one small dog.

About the roomies

We are a quiet family to share with one Mum and teenage son to share with and our small dog (Hyproallergenic) There will be some weeks/weekends with husband and another adult son around as they work out of town. We are easy going, value others privacy and space. We have a 5 bedroom home, so plently of room for everyone. We are house proud with all our renos done, and enjoy our clean and tidy space. We work full time (Mon-Fri) with one a senior at school and playing a lot or sports weekends. We enjoy a quiet drink, outdoor activies, and a good laugh.
