Shared bathroom with one other flatmate, with separate tub and shower, as well has linen cupboard for your storage needs.

House is fully furnished.

Double garage with space for off-street parking in the driveway - our street a is quiet cul-de-sac with plenty of space for on-street parking.

Bus stop into CBD is less than a minute walk around the corner.

We also have weights and benches in the garage if you want to get swole - no gym fee required.

A fireplace with the ability to get plenty of firewood.

Underfloor insulation.

Room is $250 a week.

No smokers.

You will be living with two brothers, IT Professionals in their late 20s and early 40s, and a builder also in his 20s.

We’re all social gamers and hobbyists with a plethora of boardgames and TTRPGs available for boardgame nights if that is your jam! We also our love music, so you will often - respectably - be hearing a wide range of genres played throughout the house.

(If you really want, you could probably easily convince us to go hiking and doing outdoor activities.)
