We have a large double glazed furnished bedroom available.

Spacious character house with separate kitchen, dining/living and lounge. Close to university, polytech, town, green spaces, supermarket, cafes, restaurants and bus routes. House is furnished and has heat pump, kitchen appliances, WiFi etc. Cleaning duties are shared by the housemates.

Friendly and quiet middle aged couple who own the house but are usually staying elsewhere. One friendly, quiet and tidy woman in the third bedroom. House cleaning is shared by all occupants.
