Cosy batch style house. We are 2 mins from the village and bus stops.
With busses going through on high-frequency routes. Wellington CBD is 5 mins away by bus. Hataitai beach is a 10 min walk away. Wellington hospital is over the hill in Newtown the next suburb over.
$300 semi furinshed which includes power, water internet, sky tv in lounge, all bedding, bathroom supplies, basic kitchen supplies herbs etc. Just bring your bags and your good to go :)
We dont have any animals ourselves, we do help look after our neighbors dogs from time to time
About the roomies
Sophie works for a bank and Jamie has his own drainlaying business.
We enjoy spending time in our garden, pilates, sauna, a nice glass or 2 of bubbles and exploring NZ and the world.
Sophie works from home 50% of time so have a small home office set up which you are welcome use when I am not.
