About the room

I have one room available in a tidy three bedroom house, the room is furnished with a double bed. The house is on a moderately sized section with a reasonable sized garage. The option to store a few things in the garage is available if required. The property is located on a nice street in the Owhata area, in close proximity to Fresh Choice, Te Ngae shopping Center, takeaway shops and a short walk to the bus stop. The house is fully fenced and I would consider allowing someone with a pet. Off street parking available.

Iā€™m an active, professional female in my late 20s. I work full time and at times shift work so looking for someone courteous of this. I enjoy to socialize but also enjoy some quietness at times. I enjoy a tidy house so looking for someone who is respectful of this and also tidy.
