The house is located on a quiet street and is within a 10 minute walk from a local shopping complex and less than 10 minute drive from the airport, northlands mall, UC and the CBD. The common areas are fully furnished with a recently renovated kitchen. The bedroom can be either furnished or unfurnished depending on individual needs, has a built in wardrobe, a large window that gets heaps of sun and wall insulation to keep it nice and warm over the winter months. The room will be available from Mid July ☺️.
You’ll be living with a couple in their early 20s and one other all in their early 30s who all work or study full time and keep the place clean and tidy. Looking for a like minded individual to join the group!
