Room Available – From 2nd September Located Burnside We’re looking for a friendly new flatmate to join our peaceful, respectful, and tidy home. The room is unfurnished but the rest of the house is fully furnished, with everything you need in the shared spaces. We think you’ll be a great fit if you: Are tidy and happy to help with household upkeep Have good morals and respect for others Love animals 🐾 Our home is drug- and alcohol-free (vaping is fine outside only). You’ll also be sharing with a sweet hairless cat – she’s strictly indoors for health and safety reasons. A small amount of garage space is available if needed. A fully vaccinated, toilet trained cat maybe considered, must be ok with sharing the house with Gucci. Rent: $200 a week. Gas, power and internet will be divided up equally when the bills come in and you will need to pitch in with cleaning products, toilet paper etc when necessary.
Move in cost: 2 weeks rent ($400 for bond plus first weeks rent $200 Total $600
