The flat and bedrooms are fully furnished with a sunny backyard, private deck, coal BBQ and off street parking (3 spaces total, using 1 already).

Large north facing windows, king size bed, drawers, mirror and wardrobe.

If you prefer, I can swap out the bed for two singles or remove it from the room.
