Located in Sumner, we are 7 streets back from the beach in the valley, close to a bus stop and an easy walk to the beach, cafes and village shopping. Parking is available on the street. Enter the courtyard through the big gate, and the sunny bedroom is at the front of the house. French doors off the room lead to a decked area with a table and an outdoor sofa. The room is fully furnished with a comfortable queen bed and linens. Large and small chests of drawers for storage, along with a spacious wardrobe featuring handy shelves and ample hanging space for clothing. A small desk and chair. The room has a heater to keep it warm during the winter months. Across the hallway is a private bathroom with a shower over the bath. Again, plenty of storage in the bathroom cabinet. The shared house area is in the lounge/kitchen, with gas hobs for cooking, oven, microwave and a fridge/freezer. The washing machine is under the kitchen bench in here. Smart TV and Wi-Fi. We have a private bedroom & small lounge with our own en-suite upstairs. We live with our long-haired Persian Cat called Blue.

I’m Robyn, and I live with my partner Frank. We both enjoy the outdoors and the relaxed lifestyle of Sumner Beach. I surfed for years and enjoyed winter snowboarding. I have an interest in art and interiors. Frank has worked in the trades and is a personal trainer, taking boxing fitness classes. We are cat people and live with our fluffy Persian Cat called Blue.
