The spacious room (5.8*3m) is upstairs beside a shared bathroom and seperate shared toilet . There are 3 bedrooms upstairs.only Middle bedroom for guests , end bedroom is for owner use hence only one bedroom available.The lounge ,kitchen, laundry and another bedroom (new flatmate ) are all on the ground level . The room gets morning and evening sun.

Abundant spaces to enjoy peace and quiet . Has lawns , paved area and deck and an outdoor bed . All modern appliances ,Heat pump , HRV. Gas cooking and two fridges .No Sky .

It’s like a community setting with neighbours who always help out.

Rate includes utilities - power, water, gas , unlimited fibre, cleaning supplies eg. Dishwashing liquid , laundry powder, toilet rolls , handwash, basic essentials like salt,pepper etc. Just don’t want to administer bills.

Handy to airport, motorways , close to library , railway station , dressmart and local Pool.
