About the room

Lovely bright double room, north facing gets great sun! Windows double glazed, large double wardrobe, freshly painted with new rhino carpet. Fully furnished with queen bed and draws. Also single room available. Fully furnished, wardrobe, desk, new carpet and block out blinds. This room is $215 a week. Large house on large section in a lovely location right next to Ross creek reservoir. Close to Otago University and town with a 7 minute walk to bus stop. House is 2 storied, 2 bedrooms up and 2 down with an extra toilet downstairs. Preference is for full time students or in full time work. Non smokers only please.
